As a Creator Success Manager, you will take full ownership of the growth and daily operations for 2–3 exclusive creator accounts. You will be the engine behind their success, acting as their primary point of contact and strategic partner. Account Management: Serve as the dedicated liaison for your creators, providing ongoing motivation, proactive problem-solving, and bottleneck detection. Content Execution: Manage the uploading and scheduling of content across major platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat. Trend Analysis: Continuously research social media trends to identify and capitalize on viral content opportunities. Performance Tracking: Monitor daily analytics, generate detailed performance reports, and strictly follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and top-tier results.
